A solderable conductive central electrode is bonded with two
piezoelectric ceramic plates. Both piezoceramic plates are poled in
the same direction (Parallel Poled) as shown in the attached side
view drawing. The polarity of the bimorph actuator is positively
marked on the top electrode as shown in the attached plan view
drawing. The surface of the bimorph actuator is coated with special
protection varnish.
